Not that good...

yet decent.

Try to improve this, alot.
First, draw your own people\backgrounds, don't trace images - it looks bad.

Second, increase the rate of fire, fix the bugs [reloading and shooting at the same time] , make the interface look better , not just some numbers - try to make it look nice.

Third [optional] , make the character able to move , or change the background area at the end of each level, don't just stick to the same thing the whole time.

Just to make it look better and applaud more to the audience , add eye-candy like more weapons , uniforms to choose from , more terrorists kinds [this is a must] , and so on.

The life bar is slower than the health amount in numbers , And you forgot to make a limit to the amount , as it goes below 0.
